General information
- The reception is open from 8.00 to 20.00. The check-in for the rooms is available from 03.00 PM onwards until 20.00, while the check-out is required before 10.30.
- In case of late check-in after 18.00 we would kindly ask you to notify the reception via phone.
- The breakfast is served every day from 7.30 to 10.00.
- The hotel has limited multiple open-air parking spaces in front and close to the hotel.
- WiFi is available across the entire hotel, while a PC for public use of our guests is located in the hotel hall.
- Small pets are very welcome after previous request for a daily surcharge of € 10,00 (excluding food). We hope you understand that your four-legged friends are not allowed into the dining room.

Conditions for cancellation
In case no other agreement has been reached with the hotel, our guests will be charged for the following nights according to European regulation in case of last-minute cancellation or premature departure:
- up until 8 days before the day of arrival: no charge
- from 7 days to the day of arrival:
80% of total amount/ whole stay - in case of premature departure, the entire cost of the stay will be billed. There is no right of withdrawal according to the consumer protection code.
